2011, it’s been quite a year.

I’ve read a few ‘year end’ blogs on other websites & blogs, people dropping names like it’s going out of fashion but I don’t want to do one like that. I very rarely write long blog entries and sadly this is no exception but instead of dropping names etc I just wanted to say a thank you.

The thank you isn’t directed at anyone in particular but it is meant for everyone I’ve been in contact with in the past year…

All my clients this year have been brilliant - I genuinely could not have asked for a better set of people to have worked with, so if you have been staring into my lens at some point in the past year then you were fantastic and thank you. If you have been behind the scenes on a shoot, organised or helped out then you were also brilliant and my utmost thanks for helping make the shoot what it was!

Blog readers/twitter followers/Facebook etc, a massive thank you for taking the time out of your day to have a look at my blog or website, the view counts and figures have been phenomenal. I’ll keep doing the blog & twitter as long as you guys keep reading them. If there is anyway I can improve the blog etc then just let me know on twitter.

I will thank one person in particular, my fiancé. Without her I would have no one to listen endlessly to my gear plans, business ideas and general boring stuff, no idea how she puts up with it but I thank her for it! 

To be honest 2011 has been a fantastic year and I will be hugely sad to see it go, on the other hand that sadness is fully balanced by the excitement I hold for 2012, here’s to the new year, I personally cannot wait!
